KIRURUMU TENTED LODGE

This permanent tented safari Lodge is set high on the edge of the Great Rift Valley, with a incredible view of Lake Manyara, the Rift floor and Mt. Losimingori. Highlights of this lodge include game drives to Lake Manyara, guided walks with Maasai trackers, and an evening pre-dinner drink with a spectacular view of the valley below.

Kirurumu Tented Lodge is extremely unobtrusive, having been built with great sensitivity and with partnerships with the local community who benefit directly from the Lodge through provision of clean, fresh water and a supportive Community Development Program. The tent bases are made from local volcanic stone and the roofs are thatched, blending into the environment. Birdlife around the Lodge is amazing and even the shy Dik-Dik, the smallest of the antelope family, have remained resident around camp.
