After breakfast at the lodge, you will be transferred to the Victoria Falls Airport where you will connect with your charter flight to Hwange National Park and Giraffe Springs Camp, one of the few camps located in an isolated and private area within Hwange National Park.

Giraffe Springs Camp overlooks one of the park's large waterholes allowing some great wildlife viewing activity right from the camp. Your accommodation for the next two nights will be in one of the 10 “canvas cottages” with en-suite facilities and a private raised viewing deck. The main dining area and pool sit amongst a stand of commanding Teak trees facing the Giraffe pan and surrounding areas. Activities include bushwalks, and game drives all accompanied by professional guides.

Hwange National Park offers the greatest concentration and variety of game in Zimbabwe and is home to over 107 species of mammals and 400 bird types. The park is one of the few remaining elephant sanctuaries left in Africa and is famous for its huge population of elephants, often seen in herds of up to 100. Once you have settled in, your hosts and guides will discuss with you the many wildlife viewing activities available. wildlife viewing is by 4WD vehicle, canoes and motorboat and there is a resident professional guide who will conduct bushwalks.
